No. Our team guides you through every stage - from your first sketch or reference image to an approved tech pack and a finished production run - so no manufacturing background is required.
Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per style. You're welcome to order more - 100, 200 or beyond - once you're ready to scale.
Yes. We offer full-range capabilities across every stage of garment production, including design and development, so a style can start as nothing more than an idea.
A tech pack or reference images help us understand your project fastest, but they aren't required to begin - a clear idea of the garment and quantity you want is enough to start a conversation.
Yes. Our team can help translate your idea into a proper tech pack and guide fabric, fit and construction decisions along the way.
Digital sampling typically takes about a week, physical sampling runs 5-7 weeks, and bulk production runs a further 5-7 weeks once a sample is approved.
Given sampling and production combined, we recommend planning 10-14 weeks ahead of your target launch date, with extra time built in for design revisions.
Lead times are calculated from the date of receipt of the advance payment or the date of written approval of the pre-production sample, whichever is later.
No. Once your order is confirmed it moves into our Production tab, where you can track every stage of development without having to chase suppliers yourself.

Because every order is custom-manufactured to your specification, we don't offer general returns or exchanges once bulk production has shipped. Any quality claim raised in writing within 15 days of receipt, and supported by evidence, will be reviewed against the approved pre-production sample.
