Using the Tech Pack Builder, an in-depth guide covering fabric sourcing, measurement, trims and accessories, assembly, finishing, labelling, and packing, you can create your product. Choose Build From Scratch to upload your own tech pack.
The product will show up in the Products tab after it has been created.
Put in a request quote for the product. The request goes through by Purl Studios.
A sampling invoice from Purl Studios can be perused under Billing (Unpaid Invoices). Use a credit or debit card to pay the invoice via Stripe Checkout.
The sample is placed into production after payment, appears under the tab for sampling. From the initial phase of the procedure to the final product, you may monitor the sample status in real time.
After satisfactory completion, the sample is delivered to the client for standard evaluation.
When a user selects the request quotation button for his freshly generated product, we get his request and provide him with a quote for the sample product invoice.
After approving the sample, submit a Request for Production Quote for an order quantity, such as 50, which is our Minimum Order Quantity, or you can order 100 or 200 pieces.
A production invoice is issued by Purl Studios under Billing. Following payment, the order is moved to the Production tab, where you can keep track of its development at every turn.
The invoice is placed in the Billings → Unpaid Invoices section once the Faculty/Team has issued the customer with the corresponding pricing for the product sample. The billing document is subsequently opened by the client, who selects "Pay Now." The customer can securely pay with a credit or debit card at Stripe Checkout after accomplishing this procedure. The invoice status is updated to "Paid" and sample fabrication can start as soon as the payment has been completed successfully. The customer can request a quotation for the intended quantity after receiving and signing off on the sample.
The purchase order is packed and ready for delivery after the entire production order has been finished and passed quality inspections.
The client will be notified that the status has changed to: you can follow the package until it arrives at their delivery location by inspecting the available shipping and tracking information after the purchase is dispatched.
