I Started Purl Because Manufacturing Shouldn't Be This Complicated. Behind every great fashion brand is a supply chain. But for many brands, that supply chain becomes one of their biggest challenges. I experienced this firsthand. Manufacturing often means dealing with different suppliers, factories, departments, timelines, minimum quantities, samples, quality issues, production updates, and endless follow-ups. And the bigger a brand becomes, the more complicated it can get. I believed there had to be a better way. So I started Purl Studios with a simple mission: Make garment manufacturing easier for brands and better for the supply chain. Purl was built to connect the capabilities of Pakistan's manufacturing ecosystem and make them accessible through one coordinated production partner. Today, our vision goes beyond making garments. We're building a more flexible manufacturing system where brands can produce according to demand, move faster, reduce unnecessary inventory, and maintain the quality their customers expect.
